Your Mission as a Drama Teacher:
- Design Inspiring Lessons: Plan and deliver dynamic drama lessons that cater to a range of abilities and learning styles.
- Ignite Passion for Performance: Teach students, helping them build confidence and a love for the performing arts.
- Lead Creative Projects: Organise and direct school productions, workshops, and drama clubs that showcase student talent.
- Support Student Growth: Monitor progress, provide constructive feedback, and adapt teaching to meet individual needs.

What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified and Passionate: QTS, ECT, or equivalent overseas qualifications in drama or performing arts.
- Experienced Educator: Proven experience teaching drama in a school setting.
- Creative Communicator: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage students and collaborate with colleagues.
- Inspirational Leader: Ability to motivate and inspire students to explore their creative potential.
- Inclusive Practitioner: Commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive learning environment.
- Bonus: Experienced Teaching Assistants (TA) and Cover Supervisors (CS) with a background in drama are also encouraged to apply.
