Requirements:

  • Recently qualified with QTS or on track to obtain it by September 2025.
  • Passionate about teaching and learning, with a positive, proactive attitude.
  • Ability to adapt to new classroom environments and build rapport with students.
  • Strong communication and behaviour management skills.
  • Knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection (training can be provided).
  • Willingness to apply for (or currently hold) an Enhanced DBS registered on the update service.
