Your Mission as Early Career Teacher
As an Early Career Teacher (ECT), you ll bring fresh energy and innovative ideas into the classroom. Your mission is to inspire, support, and guide students through their learning journey, while developing your own teaching practice in a nurturing and collaborative environment.
