GSL Education are delighted to offer a full-time SEN Teaching Assistant position at a welcoming secondary school in Fareham. This full-time rewarding role begins ASAP or from September 2025 and offers a beautifully competitive salary of £19,500 to £21,000 per year, depending on your experience, with clear pathways to progress through the pay grades as your skills and impact grow.
Responsibilities:
- Join the school’s dedicated resource base, supporting students with EHCPs for Autism, Learning Difficulties, and Speech & Language needs.
- Provide tailored one-to-one and group support to help students access the curriculum and thrive in a structured, nurturing environment.
- Collaborate closely with teachers and SEN specialists to implement individual education plans and adapt learning materials.
- Promote student independence, confidence, and emotional well-being through consistent, patient support.
- Assist with the development and delivery of engaging, inclusive activities that meet diverse learning needs.
