About the Role
GSL Education is working with a welcoming secondary school in Fareham to appoint a passionate and committed Religious Education Teacher. This is a full-time maternity cover position starting in October 2025, running for the academic year, with the possibility of becoming a permanent role.
You ll be joining a supportive department, delivering inspiring RE lessons that encourage students to explore, question, and respect a variety of beliefs and values.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach engaging RE lessons to Key Stages 3 and 4
- Plan and deliver lessons in line with the national curriculum
- Create an inclusive classroom environment that promotes discussion and respect
- Track, assess, and report on student progress
- Contribute to departmental planning and school life
What We re Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) or equivalent
