About the Role As a Primary Teacher, you’ll deliver dynamic, engaging lessons that spark curiosity and support academic growth. Working closely with colleagues and parents, you’ll create an inclusive and nurturing classroom environment that caters to all students, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN). Your contributions will help students thrive academically, socially, and emotionally, while cultivating a lifelong love of learning. Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver interactive lessons aligned with the national curriculum. Tailor teaching methods to meet the individual needs of students, including those with SEN. Create an inclusive, supportive classroom where every child feels valued and encouraged. Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback for continuous improvement. Collaborate with fellow staff members, parents, and support staff to ensure the best outcomes for students. Maintain high standards of behavior and act as a role model for students. Commit to professional development and engage in school initiatives. What You’ll Need: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential. Experience teaching in a primary school setting. Experience working with SEN students is desirable. Strong classroom management and communication skills. The ability to motivate and engage young learners.
