A Secondary school in the Bishop\’s Stortford area is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join their vibrant team! About the Role: As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting teachers and helping pupils thrive in their learning environment. Whether it\’s providing one-to-one support, working with small groups, or assisting with classroom activities, your contribution will help create a positive and inclusive atmosphere. Key Responsibilities: Support the classroom teacher in delivering engaging lessons Work with students individually or in small groups to reinforce learning Assist in preparing learning materials and classroom resources Encourage student participation and monitor progress Help manage classroom behaviour in line with school policy Support children with additional needs, where required ✅ We’re Looking For Someone Who: Previous experience working with children ideally in an educational setting.
