As a Class Teacher you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons, fostering a positive classroom environment, and supporting the holistic development of students. Key Responsibilities of a Class Teacher:
- Plan and deliver creative and stimulating lessons that cater to the diverse learning needs of students.
- Establish a positive and supportive classroom environment that encourages participation, collaboration, and respect.
- Assess student progress regularly and use data to inform instructional decisions.
- Differentiating instruction to meet the individual needs of students and provide additional support or challenge as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements of a Class Teacher:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field (PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification preferred).
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification.
- Proven experience teaching in a primary school setting, preferably with experience across multiple year groups (ECT's encouraged to apply!).
- Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum, instructional strategies, and assessment practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
- A passion for working with children and a commitment to promoting their academic, social, and emotional development.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute positively to the school community.
- Have an updated CV (covering the last ten years barring any unexplained gaps) and an enhanced DBS registered to the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one).
