A welcoming and well-supported primary school in Loughton is seeking a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to work 1:1 with a child with autism. This is a full-time, long-term role to start as soon as possible, offering the chance to make a meaningful difference within a supportive school environment.

About the Role

As a 1:1 Learning Support Assistant, you will provide dedicated support to help the pupil access learning, develop social skills, and feel safe and confident throughout the school day.
