We are currently seeking a versatile Behaviour Mentor to join our secondary schools in Grays, starting immediately. As a Behaviour Mentor, you will play a vital role in promoting positive behavior and emotional well-being among students. Your responsibilities will include working closely with students who may be struggling with behavioral issues, providing one-on-one support, and implementing strategies to encourage positive behavior in the classroom. Your expertise as a Behaviour Mentor will be essential in creating a safe and supportive learning environment.
