We are seeking a dedicated Complex Needs LSA to join our secondary schools in Chelmsford, starting immediately. This full-time role is ideal for someone with the skills and compassion to work closely with students requiring tailored support in their educational journey.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with complex learning needs.
