Salary Scale: Β£125-Β£230, depending on experience and qualifications

Supply Teacher Responsibilities:
- Deliver pre-planned lessons to students of various ages, on various topics, ensuring learning objectives are met.
- Manage behaviour effectively and foster a positive learning environment.
- Provide instruction and support, explain tasks clearly and provide guidance, support and encouragement.
- Adapting quickly - Be prepared to teach various subjects and adapt quickly to different classroom environments. Flexibility and the ability to adjust to changing plans are essential in this role.
Supply Teacher Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a recognised teaching qualification.
- A valid DBS and successful vetting/safeguarding checks.
- Right to work in the UK.
- UK classroom experience.
- Enthusiasm for working with children and supporting learning.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the UK curriculum.
- Ability to commute to schools in Essex and surrounding areas.
