Assist in delivering personalised learning activities both inside and outside the classroom, encouraging engagement through practical, sensory, and real-world experiences. Promote positive behaviour, resilience, and self-confidence by modelling strategies and supporting pupils in managing challenges effectively. Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families to adapt learning plans, ensuring consistency and tailored support for each child’s individual needs. Key Requirements: Previous experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs in a school or educational setting.
