In partnership with Global Real-World Evidence & Health Outcomes (GRWE&HO), Epidemiology (EPI), Patient Centered Outcomes (PCO), Real-world Data & Analytics (RWD&A) scientists and the NIS P&D Study Delivery Leads, develop and proactively deliver aligned, high-quality NIS Project Plans across assigned asset projects. Maintain an accurate integrated plan schedule in Planisware, drawing conclusions and recommendations from data through technical expertise. Utilize established NIS Project Plan schedules to drive cost (EPE) and resource (IPE) forecasts. Improve and maintain system data quality by ensuring schedule compliance with business rules and standards. Ensure work packages within the NIS project plan in Planisware reflect scheduled work in collaboration with NIS functional lines.
Partner with Pipeline and Medical Project Managers, Early Development, Medicines Development, Vaccines Development, Global Medical Lead, Finance and other stakeholders to align plan schedules with strategy and advise on changes, constraints, and risks. Contribute to scenario planning through development of alternative planning schedules and portfolio decision-making. Proactively design scenarios and recommend alternatives to accountable NIS functional lines. Support analysis of information to design and build status reports across key project control performance areas: scope and schedule with the Reporting Team. Identify and manage risks in a risk register or plan schedule, translating them into the NIS Project Plan schedule. Act as Integrated Resource Management Subject Matter Expert within planning, cost (EPE) and resourcing (IPE).
Lead preparation of documents for stakeholder management, e.g. OnePager Gantt reports, stakeholder maps, communication plans, slide development for NIS functional leadership team members or Governance Discussions. Demonstrate interpersonal skills and general management knowledge in the R&D and CPO business environment. Maintain awareness of project planning practices within GSK, the pharmaceutical industry and other sectors.

QualificationsBachelor's degree in project management, business, science or finance. Minimum of 2 years of project management experience in Non-Interventional Studies (NIS), clinical operations or related pharmaceutical/drug development research. Industry R&D operational experience. Proven experience leveraging Project Management software, e.g. Microsoft Project, Planisware. Proven knowledge of project management methodology and tools. Effective oral and written communication skills. Understand complexities of navigating projects, data and processes in a highly matrixed organization. Proven ability to define the best decision for the organization rather than a single function. Advanced degree (e.g. MS, PhD, PharmD) or equivalent experience. Professional Project Management (PMP) Certification or equivalent. Knowledge and experience of Non-Interventional Studies (NIS). Proven expertise in proactively identifying issues impacting clinical programs and contributing solutions for cross-functional matrix teams. Demonstrated experience leading in both matrix and line environments to deliver projects, develop clinical plans and manage change.
