We are looking for a service orientated, collaborative and proactive Team Assistant to join our Oral Health Category supporting our global brands of Polident and parodontax delivering brand growth and helping more consumers find solutions for their oral health needs. The Team Assistant position provides comprehensive administrative support to the GBL Dental Appliance Care and GBL pardontax & Aquafresh and their commercial teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fully support the Brand teams and proactively identify opportunities and enhancements to the team WoW, calendar, travel and events.
- Flawless diary management for GBLs to ensure effective and efficient meeting cadence.
- Respond to complex inquiries from internal and external personnel with agility and initiative to ensure critical issues are handled appropriately.
- Team Event Management – Team Offsites, Holiday Meetings, LAM (local activation meeting).
- Review, prioritise and inform managers of incoming urgent correspondence or communications requiring action or resolution in manager’s absence.
- Arrange detailed travel itineraries and trip preparation – including hotel, flight, visas.
- Accurate forecasting of brand team spend: Overheads, T&E and Marketing Spend.
- Raising and executing PO’s for the full team – monthly tracking associated spend.
- Monthly budget reviews to ensure spending is in line with budget.
- Partner with other Oral Health executive assistants to support Weybridge site initiatives.
- Support and preparation of presentation materials for brand community engagements with OUs and markets, including recording the session and follow ups with the markets.
- Support on collating and delivering video content for internal communications.
- Offer new and innovative ways of working, and recommendations to make the brand team an effective, efficient, and engaging team to work within.
