Join the GSK Clinical Supply Chain Graduate Programme – UK, 2026.
Education required: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited university, preferably in business administration, supply chain management, science, or engineering related field. Graduation by August 2026.
Language requirement: Written and spoken fluency in English.
Other requirements: Willingness to be geographically mobile (domestic) throughout rotations (Stevenage/Harlow/Ware).
Expected Start date: September 2026. This programme is a 2-year fixed term contract.

What will you do?
- Three 8-month rotations in roles across the end-to-end supply chain, including supply chain management, planning and scheduling, sourcing and procurement, operations, and logistics.
- Learn and apply best practices in inventory management, demand planning, data management and logistics operational activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and smooth flow of medicines, vaccines and materials, meeting customer demands and regulatory requirements.
- Plan and execute operational activities such as production scheduling, packaging, and labelling.
- Use data for analysis and reporting to support decision making and process optimization.
- Develop innovative new ideas and contribute to implementation of continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency.
- Participate in projects related to sustainability, cost reduction, and process improvement.
- Build key relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
