About the Role:

In this position, you will have the opportunity to work with the following businesses: Oncology - Respiratory, Immunology and Inflammation - R&D Vaccines.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead and deliver change initiatives, helping our business adapt and thrive.
  • Use data and your business acumen to identify opportunities and develop solutions.

  • Partner with the R&D Talent Team to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and mitigate risks.

Basic Qualifications:

  • University/College Diploma or Degree in Human Resources (HR), Business, or related field with HR operations/generalist and business partnering experience.
  • Demonstrated experience working in a client-facing HR business partnering role.
  • Experience in leadership development, talent management, inclusion and engagement, executive coaching, building high performing teams, capability building and performance management.
  • Experience in project management delivering large scale projects.
  • Experience in delivering HR interventions across various areas, including leadership development, talent management, inclusion and engagement, executive coaching, and performance management.
  • Experience in leveraging data and analytics to drive insights, sound decision-making, and calculated risk-taking.
  • Project management skills with experience delivering high-quality, impactful projects within timelines and budget.
  • Experience in global consultation landscape, and navigating complex, matrixed organizations and stakeholder networks.
  • Experienced in learning agility, organizational skills, and adopting in fast-paced, complex environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in HR Consultancy, Pharmaceutical or Biotech.
  • R&D Experience.
  • Passion for continuous improvement.
  • Strong decision making based upon sound flexible thinking and calculated risk.
  • Global consultation processes.
  • Coaching and counselling senior leaders.
  • Ability to influence, challenge and coach at senior leadership level.
  • Analysing and interpreting data draw insights and recommend actions.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate vision, strategy and direction, in an inspiring and credible manner.
  • Experience delivering complex organizational changes including global restructuring.
  • Desire for excellence, striving for constant improvement and increased performance, with a proven track record of successful business impact.

Work Arrangements:

This role offers a hybrid working model, with a mix of on-site and remote work. Remote or fully home-working arrangements are not available for this role.
