This two-year rotational programme is designed to prepare you for future quality, operational, and technical roles within GSK’s Global Supply Chain (GSC).

What will you do?
- Regulatory Insight: Build your knowledge of industry regulations and the critical role of compliance in a highly regulated environment.
- Hands-On Lab Experience: Work in state-of-the-art quality testing laboratories, mastering analytical techniques and gaining experience with raw materials, finished products, sterility, and environmental testing.
- Comprehensive Quality Control: Learn how different elements of the pharmaceutical manufacturing process interact to ensure uncompromised product quality.
- Quality Systems & Analytics: Dive into quality systems, ensuring the application of GSK quality standards in operations such as deviations, corrective and preventative actions, change control, and documentation.
- Risk and Compliance: Develop understanding of risk management and compliance critical to pharmaceutical manufacturing
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with teams across manufacturing, quality, technical services, and supply chain to introduce new products and/or testing methods seamlessly.
