About the Role: At Haleon, the Enterprise Transformation Programme is a multi-year journey focused on transforming our business, building an organisation that is wired for excellence and able to deliver our 'Win as One' strategy through continuous improvement. Enabled by SAP S/4HANA, the programme is strengthening the heartbeat of our business, helping us become more agile, efficient and innovative.

We are seeking an experienced Process Expert Packaging & Formulation Development Lead to partner with Business Process Owners and functional teams in designing, governing and continuously improving end-to-end business processes across Product Development. This is a highly visible role that will play a critical part in defining future-state processes, driving process excellence, and supporting the successful delivery of Haleon's transformation agenda. Working across a complex global environment, you will collaborate with stakeholders across functions to ensure robust, user-centric and well-controlled processes are designed, implemented and adopted effectively.

This opportunity is ideal for a process improvement professional with strong expertise in product development, formulation, packaging and SAP-driven transformation programmes who thrives in global, matrixed organisations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partnering with Business Process Owners and functional teams to define future-state process visions, roadmaps and governance frameworks.
  • Leading process design activities across Packaging and Formulation Development, ensuring alignment with business requirements and strategic objectives.
  • Facilitating workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements, validate recommendations and refine process designs.
  • Evaluating current-state processes, identifying bottlenecks, inefficiencies and duplication, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Supporting the documentation and implementation of end-to-end business processes and operating models.
  • Ensuring process designs align with programme timelines, milestones and dependencies across interconnected workstreams.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Essential: Experience working within complex global organisations, ideally within Consumer Health, FMCG or similarly regulated industries.
  • Strong understanding of product development processes, including formulation, packaging and quality management.
  • Experience designing, documenting and implementing business processes and workflows.
  • Knowledge and experience of creating and managing product specifications, formulation data, packaging data and product hierarchies.
  • Experience working with SAP Integrated Product Development (SAP IPD) or similar product development platforms.
  • Experience using process modelling tools, data analysis tools and process automation technologies.
  • Desirable: Experience supporting large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes.
  • Experience within Product Development, R&D, Innovation, Packaging or Formulation functions.
  • Knowledge of change management methodologies and organisational change principles.
  • Experience creating and maintaining technical data within enterprise systems.
  • Understanding of governance frameworks, operating model design and business continuity planning.
  • Relevant qualifications in Process Improvement, Business Analysis, Project Management or Continuous Improvement methodologies.
