b Overview /b p In this role you lead GSK’s Organisational Culture Assurance, providing independent guidance to senior leadership and the Board on cultural and behavioural risk, and how these affect risk management and performance. You define strategy, develop analytics and AI-enabled insights, and integrate culture risk into the broader assurance programme. You lead a multidisciplinary team, ensuring objective, evidence-based outputs that inform governance and decision-making. This is a pivotal role for safeguarding performance and organisational resilience. /p b Pay / Benefits /b ul li hybrid working model /li /ul b Responsibilities /b ul li Develop and evolve the Organisational Culture Assurance strategy and operating model /li li Establish risk-based methodologies to prioritise assurance work /li li Align assurance with enterprise risks, priorities and changes /li li Define methodologies to assess organisational behaviours and cultural risk factors /li li Lead development of dashboards, reporting products, and behavioural risk indicators /li li Drive AI-enabled analytics to identify cultural trends and risks /li li Oversee targeted assurance reviews in high-risk areas /li li Ensure consistent, evidence-based assurance outputs and escalation of risks /li li Integrate behavioural and cultural risk into the wider assurance framework /li li Build trusted relationships with senior leaders and provide insights to committees and Board /li li Maintain independence and lead a high-performing, skilled team /li li Develop and communicate Organisational Culture Assurance opinions and themes /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Extensive experience in Internal Audit, Risk Management, Compliance, OD or related disciplines /li li Strong governance, risk management and assurance understanding /li li Proven track record of leading global assurance or transformation programmes /li li Ability to assess enterprise-level organisational culture and behavioural risks /li li Experience engaging senior leaders and influencing decisions /li li Strong analytical capability with large datasets /li li Experience leading data-driven assurance and executive reporting /li li Strong leadership, coaching and stakeholder management /li li Excellent communication and facilitation skills /li li Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification /li /ul ul li Stakeholder management /li li Strategic influence /li li Analytical thinking /li li AI-enabled analytics /li li Data-driven dashboards and reporting /li li Behavioural risk analytics /li /ul
