Position Summary: You will represent GSK in the Philippines as a Medical Representative. You will build trusted, professional relationships with healthcare professionals and share clear, evidence-based clinical information. You will plan and grow your territory, gather customer insights, and work closely with colleagues across functions. We value curiosity, reliability, and a drive to learn. Responsibilities: This role will provide you the opportunity to lead key activities to progress your career. These responsibilities include some of the following:

  • Develop and execute territory plans to meet sales and engagement objectives.
  • Hold regular, professional visits and discussions with doctors, pharmacists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Share clear, evidence-based clinical information during customer conversations.
  • Capture and report customer insights and treatment patterns to inform local plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to deliver practical solutions that create value for patients and customers.
  • Keep accurate territory records and report activities using company systems.

Basic Qualification: We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals:

  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, business, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years' experience in field sales, medical representation, or territory management.
  • Experience in a pharmaceutical or healthcare sales environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; able to explain clinical information simply.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint or similar tools.

Preferred Qualification: If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

  • Ability to interpret clinical studies and explain findings in simple terms.
  • Experience engaging with a wide range of healthcare professionals across settings.
  • Confidence leading small group meetings or educational sessions.
  • High learning agility and strong commercial awareness.
  • Fluency in English plus one or more Filipino languages or dialects.
  • Strong planning, organization, and time management skills.

Working arrangement: This role is on-site and requires regular travel within the assigned territory. You will spend most of your time visiting healthcare professionals and facilities.
