Position Summary
You will lead end-to-end recruitment activities in a global, matrix environment. You will work closely with hiring managers, HR partners and external networks to find and attract high-quality talent. Responsibilities
- Lead full lifecycle recruitment for priority roles, designing and delivering sourcing, assessment, and selection activities.
- Manage complex hiring projects and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines using market mapping and proactive outreach.
- Provide talent intelligence and market insight to support workforce planning.
- Partner with HR and hiring managers to shape candidate experience and manage offers.
- Use digital sourcing and employer brand activity to improve candidate quality and time to hire.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 5 years' experience in end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Proven experience sourcing mid to senior-level roles and building pipelines.
- Strong stakeholder management and consultative influencing skills.
- Experience working in a matrix environment and managing recruitment projects.
- Good knowledge of recruitment systems, candidate data handling, and GDPR.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in executive search, retained search, or internal research teams.
- Experience recruiting for R&D, medical, scientific or technical roles.
- Track record of developing inclusive talent pipelines and attraction strategies.
- Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Comfort using digital sourcing tools, social media and advanced search techniques.
- Experience providing market intelligence and compensation guidance to leaders.
Working Pattern
This role is hybrid. You will work from a UK office part of the week and remotely for the remainder. Exact days will be agreed with your manager.
