This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
- Program Governance & Orchestration: Establish and lead the transformation management framework. Define program milestones, manage interconnected workstreams (process, tech, people), and maintain the master roadmap for the 'future-ready' marketing initiative.
- Operating Model Governance: Establish and enforce decision frameworks through implementation for key trade-offs (global vs local, automation vs compliance, speed vs rigor), ensuring consistent and scalable operating model execution across markets.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Act as the central connector between Marketing, Tech/Digital, Medical/Legal/Compliance (MLR), and local market leadership. Ensure all functions are marching to the same drumbeat and dependencies are actively managed.
- Benefits Realization & Tracking: Own the program dashboard. Track and report on the actual realization of the transformation's business cases including KPIs – e.g., tool usage, process compliance, behaviour change) and drive the implementation of targeted interventions (training, incentives, market enablement).
- Risk & Issue Mitigation: Proactively identify roadblocks, resource bottlenecks, or resistance to change across global and local teams. Develop robust mitigation strategies and escalate critical issues to senior leadership with proposed solutions.
- Resource & Budget Management: Oversee the allocation of resources (budget, internal talent, and external consultants/vendors) across the various transformation workstreams to ensure maximum ROI and efficient delivery.
- Stakeholder Communication: Design and execute a comprehensive communication cadence. Keep executive sponsors informed of progress while ensuring broader marketing teams understand the 'why', 'what', and 'when' of the transformation.
- Quality Assurance of Delivery: Ensure that the new workflows, LLM-enabled tools, and operating models designed by the team are rigorously tested, piloted, and validated before broad global-to-local rollouts.
