The Senior Manager, Global Media Operations plays a critical role in supporting the delivery of Haleon's global media strategy by connecting global teams, operating units, agency partners and key transformation programmes.

The role is responsible for driving operational excellence across Haleon's media ecosystem, supporting the deployment of new processes, platforms and ways of working that improve efficiency, governance and effectiveness.

Working closely with local media teams, agency partners and global stakeholders, the role helps ensure markets have the capabilities, tools and support required to activate media effectively and consistently.

The role also supports the delivery of key media transformation initiatives, including operating model development, media technology deployment, data and governance programmes, capability building, and cross-market engagement.

This role reports to the Global Head of Media Investment & Ad Tech.

Key Responsibilities

  • Media Operations & Transformation
  • Support the development and implementation of Haleon's global media operating model and agency ecosystem.
  • Drive adoption of standardised media processes, governance frameworks and operational best practices across markets.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency and effectiveness across media operations.
  • Coordinate delivery of key media transformation initiatives and operational improvement programmes.
  • Media Platforms, Data & Governance
  • Support deployment and adoption of media platforms, including the Media Planning Platform (MPP), across operating units.
  • Coordinate market onboarding, training and support for media systems and processes.
  • Support delivery of the Media Data Foundation roadmap and associated implementation plans.
  • Maintain visibility of programme milestones, risks and market adoption.
  • Help establish and embed media data governance processes and standards.
  • Capability Building & Market Enablement
  • Support the delivery of Haleon's global media capability programme.
  • Coordinate training, workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions across media teams.
  • Partner with operating units to identify capability gaps and operational improvement opportunities.
  • Bring external best practice into Haleon through partnerships with agencies, technology partners and industry organisations.
  • Operating Unit Engagement
  • Act as a key operational contact for local media teams.
  • Facilitate regular engagement forums with operating units to share priorities, challenges and best practices.
  • Support collaboration between global and local teams to accelerate learning and adoption of successful initiatives.
  • Track market adoption of global programmes and identify opportunities for additional support.
  • Programme Management & Communications
  • Support governance and reporting across key strategic media initiatives.
  • Prepare presentations, updates and communications for senior stakeholders.
  • Coordinate cross-functional project teams and help ensure delivery against agreed timelines.
  • Monitor performance against objectives and escalate risks or issues where appropriate.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience in media, marketing operations, advertising, media agencies or marketing transformation.
  • Strong programme management and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working across multiple markets, regions or functions.
  • Understanding of media planning, activation, measurement and agency operations.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong communication, presentation and organisational skills.
  • Experience supporting technology, operational or process transformation programmes is desirable.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence and build relationships across global teams.
