As Net Revenue Manager (NRM), you will execute commercial strategies that support delivery of our market commercial plans, ensuring internal metrics are achieved sustainably by balancing Haleon’s commercial priorities with those of our customers across Mass Market, Pharmacy and Ecommerce channels.
Using analytics and insight, you will develop and execute channel price corridors, promotional guidelines and revenue growth initiatives that accelerate top- and bottom-line performance. The role spans all brand categories and offers an excellent opportunity to drive change in a key growth area of our portfolio.
Reporting into the GBI Commercial Excellence team, you will work closely with sales, finance, marketing and category teams, as well as the Northern Europe function, to create synergies across markets, including GB, and influence triple-win outcomes.
This role offers the opportunity to lead key activities that will support your career development, including the following:
- Executing Fuel for Growth strategies, leveraging tools and operating rhythm, and implementing management monitoring to embed a trade investment and return culture across all sales channels.
- Playing an active role in the market Core Commercial Cycle, building a deep understanding of the P&L and its drivers, and influencing results in account forums with sales and multi-functional teams driving brand growth.
- Identifying and influencing opportunities for value creation across SKU, range, distribution, optimisation, mix management, cost reduction, investment and terms, price, promo and feature.
- Conducting detailed analysis across NRM levers by major brands and categories, including company and competitor pricing, product offerings, pack variations, SKU mix and portfolio management.
- Monitoring the success of initiatives through scorecarding and KPI tracking, and taking corrective action where needed.
- Leading regular cost price and net-net price reviews and realignment across channels and customers to optimise volume to value, including sign-off and governance of contract price changes, as well as execution and governance of national cost price increases.
- Delivering recommendations to continuously refine tactical and strategic activation plans and optimise ROI.
- Leading commercial projects while coaching and supporting the capability of others and wider commercial teams.
Qualifications and skills
- Experience leading growth or revenue growth for a category and/or brand, driving performance and growth strategy across a range of activities within FMCG or CPG, for example as a growth manager, brand manager, finance partner, sales manager or buyer.
- Understanding of consumer, shopper and customer dynamics at both channel and market level.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to influence results within multi-functional teams in a matrix environment.
