As HR Business Partner for the UK Commercial LOC, you will translate business strategy into a people plan and drive talent, leadership, and culture initiatives. You’ll operate in a fast-moving, matrixed environment, guiding large-scale transformation and ensuring leaders are equipped to deliver the commercial agenda. You’ll partner with senior leaders, using data and insights to mitigate risks and seize opportunities, while aligning local actions with global frameworks. This role offers a meaningful opportunity to shape capability and culture at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Act as strategic HR partner to VP/Senior Director-level leaders, translating commercial strategy into a local people plan
  • Use data, analytics, and AI to identify people-related risks and opportunities and drive interventions
  • Lead and support large-scale change and organisational redesign with clear people plans
  • Identify talent and capability needs and build robust succession pipelines
  • Shape culture and engagement, leveraging surveys and analytics to drive targeted actions
  • Develop workforce and capability plans aligning with the commercial agenda
  • Provide ER, governance and reward guidance in line with UK law and policies
  • Collaborate across HR model components to implement standard tools and processes and influence senior stakeholders
  • Represent HR as a strategic function contributing to broader business and people agendas

Key requirements

  • Significant experience as an HR Business Partner supporting senior leaders in a large, complex, matrixed organisation
  • Experience leading or supporting organisational transformation, especially in the UK landscape
  • Experience delivering HR interventions across leadership development, talent management, and workforce planning
  • Experience partnering with or managing employee representative forums (Information & Consultation Forums)
  • Proven ability to translate global/enterprise talent strategy into local execution
  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to challenge senior leaders constructively
  • Solid understanding of UK employment law and practical application in a commercial setting
  • Strong stakeholder management influencing and gravitas coaching and facilitation of senior leaders
