  • Leadership of the OU Data Team:
    • Lead, coach and develop the OU Data team across all Operating Units, setting clear expectations, standards and ways of working.
    • Build a strong, consistent business-facing data leadership capability, ensuring clarity of role, accountability and impact across OUs.
    • Ensure best practice is shared across regions, fostering a strong community culture and continuous improvement mindset.
    • Act as the escalation point of complex, cross-OU data demand and delivery.
  • Demand-to-Value Ownership & Governance:
    • Oversee and own the end‑to‑end data lifecycle from demand to delivered intelligence in the OU, ensuring outputs are actionable, adopted and drive value.
    • Support definition of success measures, benefits hypotheses and value tracking for OU data and AI initiatives, balancing regional needs with enterprise standards to ensure consistency.
    • Ensure robust governance, benefits definition and delivery of data initiatives across OUs.
    • Act as a sounding board for data & AI demand, validating assumptions and ensuring enterprise relevance.
  • Strategy, Innovation & Continuous Improvement:
    • Drive awareness of Haleon’s enterprise-wide Data & AI strategy in the OU, ensuring consistent application of Data & AI services and standards.
    • Shape how OU engagement and delivery of data services are embedded as standard practice across Haleon, based on OU insights, learnings and needs.
    • Provide strategic input on emerging data, analytics and AI opportunities relevant to the OU.
    • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders on how data & AI can drive growth, efficiency, and better decision-making.
    • Support leadership communications and change activities to embed new ways of working across D&T and OUs.
