About the role: Haleon announced ambition to drive Digital Commerce penetration ahead of other channels. GBI market, being the 4th biggest one, plays a pivotal role in delivering the company’s promise. Complex market structure composes of all digital channels: Pure Play, Omni (brick & click), e-Pharmacy, Omni Pharmacy and emerging channels. Each one of those has its own peculiarities, often with differences between the customers within the channel. Digital Insights are fundamental to the success of Haleon in GBI and those insights will be a core structure of our category initiatives in this space. This individual will support Haleon’s approach to DComm media to help support the growth of our eCommerce business.
Key responsibilities:
- Delivering across key DComm media objectives.
- Own DComm media performance across key KPIs for Paid Search (CPCs, SOV%) and lower funnel programmatic media (CPMs, NTB%) with the objective to help deliver Haleon eCommerce business objectives.
- Work with DComm agency to understand sufficiency, working with relevant brand and trade teams to continually close gaps based on NS targets.
- Work with the multi-functional teams to ensure campaigns are optimised taking into consideration needs of both sales and marketing teams.
- Manage the budget tracking process with rigour, working with agency and finance partners in brand to ensure alignment on investment targets and ROI’s.
- Preparing internal and external presentations to be shared with key stakeholders.
- Management of digital media agency and close alignment with retail agency teams.
- Collaborate with shopper teams and sales teams to ensure optimised grocery execution.
- Creation and sharing of golden rules for all activation.
- Help us to continue to drive digital engagement across all relevant teams in GBI.
Qualifications and skills:
Essential:
- Strong analytical skills and experience with overseeing business reviews.
- Strong communication skills and ability to lead the audience.
- Passionate about insights and an ability to deliver compelling justification and category leading projects, both externally and internally.
- Sense of urgency, responsibility and learning agility.
Preferred:
- An interest in the world of digital commerce would be advantageous.
- Previous working experience in marketing, digital media, sales, or digital commerce would be a plus.
