Job Purpose: To ensure the performance management and governance of the European Customer Supply Chain. Monitoring all KPIs, ensuring processes, governance and standards are in place to deliver the customer supply chain function for the European Region. Managing strategy deployment, compliance, risk, legislation and strategic project implementation.

Key responsibilities:

  • Performance Management: Oversee the performance management of Regional Supply Chain processes and KPIs, ensuring governance, continuous improvement, and communication through tiered accountability boards.
  • Financial and Compliance Targets: Ensure performance against financial, headcount, compliance, and license to operate targets, and manage transformational projects to achieve these targets.
  • Strategy Deployment: Deliver the regional strategy deployment process to set appropriate targets for key performance indicators annually.
  • Risk and Compliance: Drive risk and compliance processes, provide subject matter expertise, and manage regional risk across Europe. Escalate key risks to tiered Risk Management compliance board (RMCB) Boards and deliver key risk and compliance updates to the team.
  • Legislation Monitoring: Ensure horizon scanning, monitoring, and implementation of European legislation impacting supply. Develop risk mitigation and implementation plans, focusing on Rx/Vx supply legislation.
  • Advocacy: Represent supply chain messages for advocacy requirements through EFPIA on key legislative topics.
  • Project Management: Oversee key project management and prioritization processes for the region.
  • Talent Management: Implement and maintain people, talent management, and succession planning processes.
  • Regulatory Queries: Manage EFPIA (industry body) Supply Chain Working Group and European regulator queries on supply stability.
  • Strategic Projects: Create and deliver strategic projects to support supply chain targets where required.
  • AI and Digital Tools: Utilize Artificial Intelligence and digital tools to support supply chain targets.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Degree or experience in Supply Chain, Programme management and performance management.
  • Experience in managing Leadership Team and senior stakeholders in a cross functional environment across the business including but not limited to Supply Chain, Strategy, Quality, Environment Health and Security, Compliance, Commercial, Legal & Regulatory.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Strategic Programme Management / Project Management Experience.
  • Risk & Compliance Risk Management Expert.
  • Third Party Risk Management experience.
  • Legislation Experience.
  • Advocacy & Communications experience.
  • Supply Chain Systems and Process experience including writing SOPs.

Work Arrangements: This role offers a hybrid working model, with a mix of on-site and remote work. Remote or fully home-working arrangements are not available for this role.
