About the Role

At Haleon, Digital & Technology plays a critical role in enabling our business to operate securely, efficiently and at global scale. As part of our Digital & Technology transformation, we are strengthening our enterprise technology leadership capability through the creation of strategic Solution Owner roles across key business processes.

We are seeking an experienced Digital & Technology Solution Owner Innovate to Market to lead the functional design, governance, delivery and continuous improvement of technology solutions supporting Haleon's global Innovate to Market processes. This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for ensuring enterprise technology platforms enable business processes to be designed, governed and operated in a consistent, scalable and future-ready manner. Acting as the enterprise-wide technology owner for the end-to-end process, you will be responsible for defining global standards, maintaining solution integrity and driving the adoption of digital capabilities across functions and markets.

Working at the heart of Haleon's transformation agenda, you will help evolve legacy and fragmented processes into integrated, standardised and digitally enabled ways of working that unlock organisational capacity, support compliance, improve operational excellence and accelerate business growth. This role is suited to a senior SAP and enterprise technology professional who is comfortable operating in complex global environments, influencing senior stakeholders, and making enterprise-wide technology decisions that balance business needs with long-term strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Owning the global functional solution, technical standards, delivery governance, operational governance and technical documentation for the Innovate to Market end-to-end process.
  • Defining and maintaining global solution blueprints, technical decision rights, IT controls and technology policies.
  • Ensuring standardisation and harmonisation of ERP solutions across markets, business functions and regions.
  • Enabling business process design and continuous improvement activities across all phases of Enterprise Transformation, including Design, Build, Test, Deployment and Sustain.
  • Acting as the guardian of the global template during deployment waves, ensuring alignment with SAP S/4HANA and SAP Integrated Product Development (IPD) design principles.
  • Partnering with Business Process Owners, Subject Matter Experts, Data teams and other Solution Owners to deliver integrated and coherent enterprise solutions.

Qualifications & Experience

Essential

  • Proven SAP ERP delivery experience within SAP Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), SAP Integrated Product Development (IPD) and SAP Enterprise Portfolio and Project Management (EPPM).
  • Demonstrated success leading enterprise-scale technology solutions within large multinational organisations.
  • Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA environments and global ERP process design.
  • Experience defining and governing global solution templates, standards and technology roadmaps.
  • Ability to align technology solutions and business processes with strategic business objectives and transformation goals.

Desirable

  • Experience within Consumer Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, Life Sciences or Medical Devices industries.
  • Experience supporting large-scale ERP transformation programmes and global template deployments.
  • Experience working within regulated environments and global compliance frameworks.
