b Overview /b p In this strategic HR leadership role, you will partner with senior Digital and Technology leaders to shape and deliver people strategies that enhance performance, leadership capability, and culture across a global, matrixed environment. You will translate business strategy into workforce plans, support organizational design and change, and build high-performing teams that enable GSK’s digital transformation.
