The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 ÂŁ per year.
You will represent GSK in the United Kingdom as a Hospital Account Manager focused on building strong relationships with healthcare customers and improving patient care. The therapy areas will be Vaccines and Respiratory. You will work closely with local healthcare teams and crossâfunctional partners to deliver clear, evidenceâbased information and support local decisionâmaking. Responsibilities
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with secondary care healthcare professionals across your territory.
- Deliver clear, accurate clinical and product information to support local healthcare decisions.
- Execute territory plans that align with local healthcare needs and agreed objectives.
- Work with colleagues across medical, market access and commercial teams to provide joinedâup customer engagement.
- Track activity and outcomes and report progress against local goals and key performance indicators.
- Support local service improvement projects that benefit patient pathways.
Basic Qualifications & Skills
- ABPI and proven experience in secondary healthcare sales, fieldâbased account management, or relevant NHSâfacing roles in the UK.
- Strong relationshipâbuilding skills with healthcare professionals and stakeholders.
- Clear and confident communication and presentation skills for clinical audiences.
- Ability to plan, prioritise and manage a defined territory, including flexible travel within the assigned area.
- Experience using digital and remote engagement tools with healthcare professionals.
- Full UK driving licence or ability to travel across your territory as required.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
- Background in pharmacy, nursing, or clinical practice.
- Experience delivering or supporting quality improvement or service development projects.
- Certification in relevant industry standards or training for healthcare engagement.
This role is field based across the United Kingdom. It is a hybrid role combining remote working and regular inâperson customer activity. Expect regular travel across your assigned territory and occasional national travel for training or team meetings.
