Education required: Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering: Automation, Robotics, Controls & Systems, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical or Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering, Robotics Technology Engineering, Chemical Engineering or related field with modules in automation, robotics, systems software and/or cybersecurity.

The GSK Global Supply Chain (GSC) Graduate Programme offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills, gain hands-on experience and contribute to delivering medicines and vaccines to people worldwide. This two-year programme is designed to prepare you for future engineering operational and technical roles within GSK's Global Supply Chain (GSC) within your chosen discipline.

What will you do:

• Engineering Excellence: Design, execute and validate engineering projects while adhering to industry-leading standards and regulations.
• Project Management: Manage the lifecycle of new equipment from design to installation and commissioning, ensuring seamless integration into operations working with suppliers.
• Equipment Reliability: Enhance the performance, safety and reliability of manufacturing equipment & utilities through predictive maintenance and lifecycle management.
• Smart Manufacturing Innovation: Drive efficiency and innovation using AI and digital transformation technologies as part of our digital transformation journey.
• Automation Expertise: Define and implement improvements, upgrade systems and work with control systems and robotics technologies to optimise manufacturing operations.
• Digital & Data Expertise: Use data-driven approaches & data visualisation techniques to monitor processes, identify trends and implement solutions to improve decision making & operational efficiencies.
• Asset Management: Utilize techniques e.g. condition-based monitoring and predictive maintenance for optimal equipment performance.
• Problem-Solving: Develop analytical and advanced problem-solving skills (e.g. DMAIC / Six Sigma) to tackle complex challenges to improve processes and drive cross-functional collaboration.
• Sustainability Initiatives: Contribute to energy management and sustainability projects supporting GSK's Net Carbon Zero mission.
