The purpose of this role is to drive continuous improvement across Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), Health & Wellbeing initiatives, Early Talent management and coordination, strategic workforce planning, and training programs for the wider business. This position will play a key role in fostering an inclusive, healthy, and growth-oriented workplace while ensuring alignment with GSK\’s strategic priorities and commitment to delivering excellence. Responsibilities
- Continuous Improvement in ERGs: Collaborate with ERG leaders to identify opportunities for growth and development within each group, ensuring alignment with GSK\’s equity, and inclusion strategy. Implement frameworks and tools to measure the impact and effectiveness of ERG activities and drive continuous improvement.
- Health & Wellbeing Strategy: Design, implement, and evaluate health and wellbeing programs that enhance employee resilience, productivity, and overall wellness. Partner with internal stakeholders and external providers to deliver innovative solutions for mental, physical, and emotional wellbeing.
- Early Talent Management & Coordination: Develop and execute strategies to attract, retain, and develop early-career talent, including graduates, apprentices, and interns. Coordinate onboarding, mentoring, and development programs to ensure early talent receives the tools and support needed to succeed.
- Strategic Workforce Planning: Lead efforts to forecast future workforce needs and ensure alignment with GSK\’s long-term business objectives and growth strategy. Collaborate with SD and functional leaders to identify long term talent strategies and implement proactive solutions to address them.
- Training Design and Delivery: Develop and coordinate FLL, L&D Hub training programs that address key business priorities and employee development needs across GSK. Ensure training initiatives are inclusive, accessible, and aligned with organizational values and goals, leveraging digital tools where appropriate.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a key liaison between HR, business leaders, and ERGs to ensure alignment and integration of initiatives that support employee engagement and development. Foster partnerships across functions to drive holistic solutions for workforce challenges.
- Data-Driven Insights: Utilize data analytics to measure the effectiveness of programs and initiatives across ERGs, Health & Wellbeing, Early Talent, and training. Provide actionable insights to inform decision-making and shape future strategies.
- Culture and Engagement: Advocate for a culture of continuous learning, inclusion, and wellbeing that aligns with GSK\’s values and mission. Partner with leaders to embed these principles across teams and functions.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive collaboration and support for initiatives. Represent GSK in external forums to showcase best practices and strengthen the company\’s reputation as an employer of choice.
- Program Evaluation and Reporting: Develop and maintain reporting mechanisms to track the progress and impact of initiatives. Share regular updates with leadership and stakeholders to ensure transparency and continuous improvement.
