You will lead projects that improve how we deliver value for patients and customers. You will work closely with colleagues across functions and locations. These responsibilities include some of the following:




  • Create and maintain clear project plans that define scope, milestones, resources and risks.

  • Lead cross-functional teams using matrix management to deliver projects on time and on budget.

  • Track progress, report status and elevate issues to sponsors and stakeholders as needed.

  • Identify improvement opportunities across end-to-end processes to simplify customer experience.

  • Manage vendor relationships and coordinate external suppliers to meet project needs.

  • Ensure safety, quality and compliance are embedded in all project activities.



Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant discipline, or proven project management experience.




  • Strong experience managing projects in a complex, regulated or technical environment.

  • Demonstrable stakeholder engagement and communication skills across multiple levels.

  • Experience producing and maintaining project plans, schedules and status reports.



Preferred Qualification




  • Professional project management qualification (PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent).

  • Experience with project tools such as Microsoft Project, Power BI or similar.

  • Background in regulated manufacturing, supply chain or life sciences environments.

  • Experience with process improvement or operational excellence methods.

  • Strong financial awareness with experience managing project budgets.

  • Experience leading product transfers, technical or capital projects.



Working arrangement



This role is onsite at Barnard Castle in the UK. You will be expected to work on site regularly to lead the scheduling team and engage with manufacturing and site stakeholders.
