We're looking for a detail-focused Production Scheduler to ensure schedules are accurately executed across select work centres while monitoring and defining capacity to keep operations running smoothly. In this role, you'll drive the Order Fulfilment performance management process and play a key part in maintaining complete accuracy of all critical data fields, enabling reliable, efficient and data-driven manufacturing performance.

In this role you will…

  • Maintain an accurate Open Order Book so systems can identify when product shipments are scheduled to occur.
  • Execute the Fixed Frequency Repeating Schedule (FFRS) methodology and a level-loaded schedule to package finished goods and provide any intermediates required.
  • Use alternative scheduling methodologies where necessary (e.g., primary specific).
  • Implement a pre-defined Performance Management process to ensure order fulfilment while maintaining strict adherence to the FFRS methodology and intent.
  • Accommodate Production Scheduling requirements for non-standards activity (e.g., New Product Introduction or Artwork/Pack Change) while maintaining strict adherence to the FFRS methodology and intent.
  • Follow production orders and coordinate activities up to ex-site readiness to maximize Shipment Right First Time (SRFT) performance.
  • Attend supply chain performance management sessions (daily) to represent select work centres.
  • Provide daily/shift performance figures to the relevant Supply Chain Planning Team for selected work centres.
  • Maintain an up-to-date capacity definition for selected production work centres based on demonstrated output and CTS.
  • Constantly monitor, maintain, and ensure complete accuracy of all Supply critical fields within data systems for selected work centres; measure Conformance to Schedule (CTS) for all production work centres, identify and mitigate stock at risk, and work with key support functions to process inventory write-off requests.
  • Have planning/scheduling experience with a pragmatic approach to defining problems, resolving conflict, and developing practical solutions.
  • Good communication skills; able to interact with and influence individuals across various functions without direct reporting relationships.

GCSE qualifications or equivalent with high numeracy and accuracy. Qualification in a Commerce/Business/Supply-Chain discipline. Logistics, Supply Management, Demand Management or Operational Management is desirable.
