The predicted salary is between 34848 - 42592 £ per year.

As Learning Compliance Senior Specialist you will manage the systems and architecture supporting and reporting upon training and development activities on site.

You will ensure training and development activities are compliant with GMP requirements, minimize the risk of human error in performance of work activities to ensure Product Quality and EHS standards are maintained.

You will Induct new starters in the Barnard Castle Culture and ensure they are trained in GMP principles and EHS safety.

You will advise Business units on curricula set up and Training Effectiveness.

  • Work as a flexible and motivated member of the team
  • Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) and/or Standards of Work (WI) applicable and in which the individual has been trained.
  • Act at all times in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and to report any quality issues.
  • Act in a safe manner, always (in compliance with the Health and Safety at Work Act, and all other relevant legislation) and to use GSK safety reporting systems to highlight potential hazards.
  • Remain up to date with all training requirements (both "classroom" courses and computer based training through the "My Learning" internal platform.
  • Take part in Continuous Improvement (CI) activities to highlight improvements to equipment and processes.
  • Take part in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective and Preventative Action (CAPA) processes.
  • Use TCDB to support Managers across the site to ensure their staff are compliant.
  • Manage the Panel Process for VQD/My Learning.
  • Continuously consider improvements for L&D processes.
  • Deliver and manage all the activity involved in Induction, Train The Trainer's across site.
  • Skilled in TC2 processes associated to My Learning (including classes).
  • Support site objectives regarding no overdue notifications or My Learning items.
  • Gemba and process confirm L&D processes across site.
  • We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
  • HNC/A-Level education level or equivalent experience
  • Ability to identify Quality issues, Learning and Development theories and Production/Manufacturing processes
  • Experience of working in a Quality, Learning and Development or Production environment.

Preferred

  • Degree or equivalent experience in Learning and Development, Quality, Manufacturing, Pharmaceuticals, Data Integrity, Detail-Oriented, Digital Fluency, Gx P Regulations, Quality Assurance (QA)
