Overview
In this role you will lead the commercial strategy for MASH/ALD assets and serve as the US commercial authority for Hepatology/Immunology assets. You will shape launch readiness, lifecycle management, and portfolio planning from early development through potential commercialization. You’ll build the pre-launch foundation, ensure US market perspectives are represented in governance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align brand strategy with global priorities. This position offers growth as assets progress and commercialization planning intensifies, with a meaningful impact on patients and healthcare systems.
Responsibilities
- Own commercial strategy and lead cross-functional planning and launch-readiness for MASH/ALD assets
- Define US pipeline and portfolio strategy for Hepatology/Immunology from Phase 2 through LOC activation
- Deliver market analyses, competitive assessments, and commercial assumptions with MCT and IBCT
- Be the single-point accountability for US commercial input at early stage-gates
- Build pre-launch foundation including TPP input, positioning hypotheses, segmentation, and value proposition
- Provide stage-gate recommendations with clear US opportunity, risk, and go/no-go rationale
- Develop a long-range portfolio vision for Hepatology/Immunology and prioritize assets
Key requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related field
- 10+ years in pharma/biotech/healthcare with Hepatology/Immunology exposure
- In-line brand marketing or brand lead experience with responsibility for strategy, positioning, segmentation, or launch planning
- Experience with HCP- or patient-administered specialty medicines
- Experience owning commercial strategy for pipeline and/or in-line assets
- Cross-functional portfolio/pipeline leadership experience
- Data-driven discussions with executive leadership
- Budget management and investment prioritization across programs or portfolios
