Salary and Benefits:
- US salary ranges: $173,250 to $288,750 (base).
- Italian salary range: β¬88,500 to β¬147,500.
- Belgium salary range: β¬117,000 to β¬195,000.
- Annual bonus and eligibility to participate in share-based long-term incentive program.
- Benefits include health care and other insurance benefits (for employee and family), retirement benefits, paid holidays, vacation, paid caregiver/parental and medical leave.
