As part of our growth and Data & Analytics transformation, ViiV is investing in advanced analytics capabilities. The Medical + Cx – Data Science Manager will lead AI and GenAI analytics products focused on Medical use cases, including congress content generation and AI-enabled CX strategies. You will also support other cross-functional AI initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy and enablement of AI products for medical and CX use cases.
- Collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to understand challenges and develop AI strategies and roadmaps.
- Facilitate workshops and sessions to align on business needs and develop implementation plans.
- Operate as analytics lead for products like congress content generation, working with global and regional teams.
- Collaborate with technical teams to improve product delivery.
- Lead a team of data science resources within GSK offshore teams.
- Design data science and AI models.
- Ensure solutions align with business impact and governance policies.
- Communicate complex findings effectively to stakeholders.
- Continuously learn new skills and participate in tech communities.
- Partner across organizations to develop data architecture and AI solutions.
Qualifications & Skills
- Master’s Degree in STEM or related field.
- Experience with Advanced Analytics, Generative AI, and statistics in a medical environment.
- Proficiency in Python, data visualization, and analytics tools.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Knowledge of data science fundamentals and data visualization libraries.
- Discretion handling sensitive information.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
- Knowledge of healthcare data landscape and Azure stack.
- Experience with medical workflows and product ownership.
