¿Qué harás?

  • Apoyar el desarrollo y la ejecución de campañas de marketing alineadas con la estrategia de la marca.
  • Colaborar en la preparación de presentaciones, informes y materiales para reuniones internas y revisiones con la dirección.
  • Coordinar los cronogramas de los proyectos, dar seguimiento con agencias y equipos internos, y supervisar el cumplimiento de los entregables.
  • Apoyar las actividades digitales y de redes sociales mediante la recopilación y análisis de métricas, el monitoreo del desempeño y la propuesta de mejoras.
  • Brindar apoyo en la logística y planificación de eventos, reuniones y actividades educativas.
  • Proporcionar soporte administrativo general al equipo de marca y garantizar el cumplimiento de los procesos internos de la empresa.

¿Qué estamos buscando?

  • Ser estudiante activo de Mercadotecnia, Administración de Empresas, Comunicación o una carrera afín.
  • Contar con al menos un año restante para graduarse al inicio de las prácticas profesionales.
  • Dominio del español y nivel avanzado de inglés, tanto oral como escrito.
  • Manejo de Microsoft Office, especialmente PowerPoint y Word, así como conocimientos prácticos de Excel.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar de 4 a 6 horas diarias, de lunes a viernes, y compromiso para realizar prácticas profesionales durante 12 meses.
  • Estar inscrito en una universidad en México durante toda la duración del programa de prácticas profesionales.

Desirable

  • Experiencia previa en prácticas profesionales o trabajo en áreas de marketing, atención médica o ciencias de la vida.
  • Familiaridad con herramientas de analítica digital, como Google Analytics o plataformas de métricas para redes sociales.
  • Experiencia en el uso de herramientas de colaboración, como Teams, Zoom o Webex.
  • Conocimientos avanzados de Excel, incluyendo el uso de tablas de datos básicas y la creación de gráficos.
