Die Aufgaben in dieser Rolle werden sein:
- Verantwortung für die strategische und taktische Weiterentwicklung der Indikation Nasenpolypen / CRSwNP – mit klarem Fokus auf die Bedürfnisse von HNO‑Ärzt*innen, relevanten Patientenwegen und lokalen Marktanforderungen.
- Entwicklung, Umsetzung und kontinuierliche Optimierung des Marketing-Mix, inklusive Brand Plan, Materialien, Kampagnen und Omnichannel‑Maßnahmen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Medical, Sales, Omnichannel und weiteren interdisziplinären Partnern.
- Gestaltung eines relevanten HCP‑Engagements für HNO‑Ärzt*innen, u. a. über Arbeitsgruppen, Veranstaltungen, Kongresse, KAM‑Projekte und digitale Formate entlang einer ganzheitlichen Customer Journey.
- Analyse von Markt, Wettbewerb, Customer Insights und Patientenpfaden mit Ableitung klarer Handlungsempfehlungen für die Positionierung und Umsetzung im Markt.
- Enge Verzahnung von Marketingstrategie und vertrieblicher Umsetzung, inklusive Unterstützung der Sales Excellence und Sicherstellung einer konsistenten, kundenzentrierten Ansprache im HNO‑Umfeld.
Qualifikationen & Fähigkeiten:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Wirtschaft, Gesundheitsökonomie, Naturwissenschaften, Psychologie oder Medizin sowie Erfahrung im Produkt-Marketing, idealerweise in Specialty Care, Respiratory, HNO oder einem vergleichbaren pharmazeutischen Umfeld.
- Ausgeprägtes strategisch-konzeptionelles und analytisches Denken, kombiniert mit hoher Ergebnisorientierung, schneller Auffassungsgabe und der Fähigkeit, Markt- und Kundeninsights in konkrete Maßnahmen zu übersetzen.
