Location: Ho Chi Minh

As a Brand Communication Manager, you will partner with leading treatment doctors and key external experts in hospitals to drive advocacy and recommendations for adult vaccination in targeted populations. You will provide scientific consultation tailored to their needs, supporting the transition from treatment to prevention within the hospital ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Scientific Engagement
    • Master and communicate the benefits of GSK’s adult vaccines, leveraging scientific knowledge in all interactions.
    • Continuously update your understanding of GSK’s multi-channel brand strategies.
    • Build comprehensive knowledge of disease areas and use this expertise to support healthcare professionals’ decision-making.
    • Develop credibility with healthcare professionals through a strong grasp of treatment guidelines and patient profiles.
  • Activity Planning & Execution
    • Analyze territory performance using multiple data sources to identify trends and opportunities.
    • Develop and implement multi-channel activity plans with clear, strategic objectives (ASMART), prioritizing key healthcare professionals.
    • Track and monitor the progress of vaccination recommendations within your assigned geography, adjusting plans as needed to maximize impact.
  • Detailing & Relationship Building
    • Engage healthcare professionals through effective, multi-channel detailing approaches, adapting to their preferences.
    • Prepare for and execute impactful detailing sessions, uncovering opportunities, making tailored recommendations, and addressing objections.
    • Measure and improve call performance through regular feedback and collaboration with managers.
    • Build strong internal and external partnerships to enhance the healthcare professional journey and channel feedback into the organization.
  • Compliance & Values
    • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of, and compliance with, all relevant laws, codes of conduct, and company policies.
    • Embody GSK’s vision, values, and expectations in all activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (preferably in Pharmacy, Medicine, or related fields)
  • Professional experience in the pharmaceutical or medical industry
  • Existing network with key therapeutic areas is an advantage
  • Minimum 3 years of FieldForce detailing experience (Senior MCS level)
  • Strong commercial acumen, scientific orientation, problem-solving skills, strategic planning & execution, and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders
