GSK Barnard Castle is seeking a capable Continuous Improvement professional to join the site’s Quality Systems team on a 18‑month secondment/FTC.
You will drive process improvement across Quality Systems, harness AI, data and digital tools, and deliver practical enhancements to inspection readiness and compliance.
You will coach cross‑functional teams, develop governance routines, SIPOCs, FMEAs, metrics and drive data integrity, change control and training compliance.
