GSK in Barnard Castle seeks a capable Continuous Improvement and Data Expert for Quality Systems.

You will lead process improvements, apply SIPOCs, FMEAs, metrics, and governance, and champion digital tools, AI, and Power BI to enhance decision making and inspection readiness.

You will coach the Quality Systems Team, work with cross-functional owners, ensure regulatory compliance (c GMP) and data integrity, and drive sustainable improvements across the site's QMS.
