As part of our international strategy, we opened our second international office in London in September 2022. This expansion opens up exceptional opportunities for ambitious trainee lawyers looking to join a rapidly growing team. Our law firm, which is well‑known for its broad expertise in all areas of commercial law, is looking for dedicated and talented individuals who would like to gain a deeper insight into our multifaceted legal practice.

What you can expect:

  • Hands‑on client work: You will be working on real client cases from the outset and will assist in the preparation and processing of cases in various areas of commercial law, including the preparation of written pleadings, draft contracts and legal opinions.
  • Research: You will carry out independent research using legal databases to identify and analyse relevant case law, literature and legislation.
  • Attending client meetings: You will accompany our lawyers to client meetings and gain practical insights into the day‑to‑day work of a legal professional.
  • Interdisciplinary projects: You will work in interdisciplinary teams to solve complex legal issues and projects.
  • Regular feedback with your supervising lawyer: You will work closely with your assigned lawyer, who will act as your mentor and support you in your professional development.

Your profile:

  • You have passed – and achieved good marks in – your first state examination.
  • You are eager to learn, have a wide range of interests and show initiative.
  • You set yourself high standards for the quality of your legal work. At the same time, you try to find creative solutions to open up new avenues for clients.
  • You have excellent English skills.
