Role Overview & Experience Required
We are seeking professionals with up to 2 years of relevant or transferable experience in data analysis to join the team as an Account Executive. We would expect the successful candidate to expand their skill set beyond data analysis and into client servicing. In order to achieve this, the candidate should be comfortable responding to client emails, joining and participating in client meetings, and be willing to contribute to presentations if necessary.
Detailed role requirements are as follows:
- Experienced Microsoft Excel user who is comfortable using several formulas/tools, notably VLOOKUP's and Pivot tables.
- Experienced Microsoft PowerPoint user who is comfortable shaping and fine-tuning templates, as well as efficiently inputting data.
- A good eye for detail and confidence in challenging and interrogating data.
- Ability to analyse data and turn it into insightful and actionable insights.
- Experience in gathering and cleaning large datasets from multiple sources.
- Experience in Client Servicing is a bonus.
- Any advanced data skills (macros, Python, SQL, etc.) are desirable, but not required.
A Week in the Role
Working across a number of clients, you can expect a varied workload that covers data analysis, report writing, client servicing and project briefing. Some key tasks include:
- Setting up coverage searches using Boolean and keyword search functions pre-event.
- Exporting, reviewing and cleaning large datasets.
- Briefing in monitoring requirements to our exposure monitoring team.
- Shaping report templates.
- Data analysis with a focus on constructive and consultative insights.
- Report writing and proofreading.
- Responding to client emails.
- Joining and participating in client calls.
- Internal research and analysis to enhance our own capabilities.
Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 + Discretionary Bonus
Location: London, typically 2 days in the office
