Role: Head of Performance Marketing
Salary: Up to £65,000 – Depending on Experience
Hours: (37.5) – Monday – Friday 8:30am – 17:00pm

We are looking for a Head of Performance Marketing, who\’s ready to take the reins and accelerate our digital growth. This is a great opportunity to own and shape our performance marketing strategy, drive results across all acquisition and retention channels, and make a big impact from day one.
What the Head of Performance Marketing role entails?
As Head of Performance Marketing, you\’ll lead the strategy and execution of all digital acquisition channels—including paid media, SEO, affiliates, CRM, and CRO—driving data-led growth and measurable results. You\’ll work cross-functionally to align marketing efforts with business goals, optimise our Shopify websites for performance and user experience, and manage a high-performing team focused on delivering sustainable revenue growth and strong ROI.
- Lead and grow sales through a data-driven performance marketing strategy across paid channels, SEO, email, affiliates, and CRO.
- Maximise ROI by managing and optimising budgets, campaigns, and trading performance with agility and commercial focus.
- Supercharge campaign impact by testing, iterating, and scaling performance marketing initiatives while leveraging AI and automation tools.
- Drive insight-led decisions through analytics and performance tracking, reporting regularly on key metrics to guide short- and long-term plans.
- Collaborate across teams to align performance marketing with brand campaigns, content strategy, and trading priorities.
- Mentor and manage a high-performing team and external agencies to deliver on ambitious growth targets.
- Champion platform excellence by partnering with tech teams to optimise our Shopify websites for speed, experience, and conversion.
- Stay ahead of the curve by integrating cutting-edge e-commerce trends—from mobile-first design and influencer partnerships to voice commerce and sustainability.

We\’re looking for a results-driven, commercially minded leader to take charge of our performance marketing strategy and execution. The ideal candidate will combine deep digital expertise with strong collaboration skills, platform knowledge and the ability to drive measurable growth across multiple customer channels.
- Proven leadership in performance marketing, with a focus on driving profitable, data-led growth
- Hands-on experience with Shopify and an understanding of its optimisation potential
- Expertise in paid digital channels (Google Ads, Meta, affiliates, etc.)
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to inform decisions and improve ROI
- Skilled in CRO, SEO, and site optimisation to boost conversion rates and performance
- Effective cross-functional collaborator, able to align strategies across marketing, product, and tech
- Experience with CRM tools and customer lifecycle marketing
- Proven track record in leading and developing high-performing teams
