The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Warehouse Team Leader to lead and coordinate the replenishment team in a busy warehouse environment. The successful candidate will ensure that all stock replenishment activities are carried out efficiently, accurately, and in line with operational targets and health & safety standards.

Shift: Sunday to Thursday 10pm to 6am

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and support the replenishment team to meet daily and weekly targets.
  • Organise and delegate tasks to team members based on workload and priorities.
  • Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of pick locations.
  • Ensure accurate use of warehouse management systems and handheld devices.
  • Maintain high standards of stock accuracy through regular audits and spot checks.
  • Ensure that FIFO (First In, First Out) and other stock rotation procedures are followed.
  • Identify and resolve issues impacting replenishment performance.
  • Report and escalate operational challenges to the Warehouse Manager or Shift Supervisor.
  • Train and onboard new team members and support ongoing development.
  • Promote and ensure adherence to health & safety and company policies.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a warehouse environment, ideally in a replenishment or stock control role.
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader capacity.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Good understanding of warehouse processes and inventory systems.
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • IT literate – experience using warehouse management systems and handheld scanners.
  • Valid forklift licence (desirable, but not essential depending on site requirements).
