About The Role We are looking for an experienced and motivated About The Role We are looking for an experienced and motivated Warehouse Team Leader, to lead and coordinate the replenishment team in a busy warehouse environment. The successful candidate will ensure that all stock replenishment activities are carried out efficiently, accurately, and in line with operational targets and health & safety standards. Shift Sunday to Thursday 10pm to 6am About You Key Responsibilities: Lead, motivate, and support the replenishment team to meet daily and weekly targets. Organise and delegate tasks to team members based on workload and priorities. Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of pick locations. Ensure accurate use of warehouse management systems and handheld devices. Maintain high standards of stock accuracy through regular audits and spot checks. Ensure that FIFO (First In, First Out) and other stock rotation procedures are followed. Identify and resolve issues impacting replenishment performance. Report and escalate operational challenges to the Warehouse Manager or Shift Supervisor. Train and onboard new team members and support ongoing development. Promote and ensure adherence to health & safety and company policies. Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment. Requirements Proven experience in a warehouse environment, ideally in a replenishment or stock control role. Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader capacity. Strong leadership and communication skills. Good understanding of warehouse processes and inventory systems. Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities. Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines. IT literate – experience using warehouse management systems and handheld scanners. Valid forklift licence (desirable, but not essential depending on site requirements).
