About The Role
At GSF Car Parts, our Warehouse Operatives play an important role within the team by ensuring orders are picked, packed, and ready for delivery to our customers. They are champions of customer service delivery through efficient coordination of warehouse stock and understanding the importance of delivery timeframes.
Main Duties Include
- Checking and storing supplier-delivered parts
- Picking and loading vans accurately and promptly
- Checking customer returns for resale, warranty, or surcharge
- Verifying stock quantities against the computer system and ensuring stock is stored in the correct locations
Working Hours
Average of 41 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with alternate Saturday shifts.
About You
What you\’ll need to succeed:
- Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse or similar environment
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Good team player
- Efficient work with attention to detail
- Understanding of customer service and working to deadlines
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of car parts and the automotive industry is desirable
